Looking for a great opportunity with room to grow? We seek a Registered Nurse with previous home health experience for the role of Clinical Manager. In this role you will serve an essential role in providing support to clinical staff and care center operations. You will supervise and manage staff, and coordinate the provision of care. You will demonstrate fiscal responsibility and maintain the highest standards of care. You will ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia. Must have at least three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse that includes at least one (1) year of full-time experience in providing direct patient care in the home health setting. Preference given to candidates with previous supervisory/management experience. Must have current CPR certification. Must be able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate knowledge of Federal/State rules and regulations, ACHC standards and other regulatory requirements. Must have strong fiscal planning and management skills.
