Job Description

San Mateo Commercial General Contractor seeks full time Administrative Assistant. Candidate would be familiar with Quickbooks software and MS office. Organized, efficient, self starter and positive attitude.Examples of work performed include. Internet research including pricing quotes and lead time information.Organize and populate Project Folders.

Manages calendars and arrange appointments.Process and prepare documents such as meeting minutes and forms.Draft and Finalize proposal templates, estimating costs, invoices. Tracking job costing, assistance in preparing quotes/proposals. Requirements Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Quick Books 2 years experience in an Office Environment.Full time position,Compensation and benefits competitive.
